These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ToolOS, operated by Riash Tech Private Limited under Grow1000x Club.

1. Use of ToolOS

You may use ToolOS to explore, connect, manage, and monitor integrations for products, agents, and workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws, provider terms, and your organization’s policies.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse integrations, or access systems without permission.

3. Integrations and third-party services

ToolOS may connect with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, behavior, or changes.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use ToolOS for illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not use ToolOS to access data, accounts, or systems without authorization.

5. Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of ToolOS as the product evolves.

6. Disclaimers

ToolOS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free integrations, or compatibility with all third-party provider changes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riash Tech Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ToolOS.
